A softly curved swan’s neck pediment, turned finials, and a full cherry veneer crown return, adds elegance to the Ridgeway Morgantown Grandfather Clock. Exquisite details include an embossed molding at the base of the clock’s door front and reeded columns with decorative top caps that border the brass finished clock dial.
The clock’s dial features raised Arabic numerals, center design and corner spandrels as well as a functioning lunar calendar. The detailed design on the clock dial is carried through to the banded weight shells and clock lyre pendulum decorated disk. Two lower side glass panels allow viewing of the beautiful brass weights and swinging pendulum from any angle.
