A multi-layered, flat top pediment features canted corners with decorative dentil molding. A Hampton Cherry finish on select hardwoods and veneers is distressed for an aged appearance. The grandfather clock door features an acanthus overlay with a raised molding framing the door glass, flanked by columns with large reeds and intricately carved column caps. An antique brushed-brass bezel surrounds the soft cream dial, accented with a decorative antique gold finished center disk. Black Roman numerals and serpentine hands complete the elegant clock dial. The antique brushed-brass lyre clock pendulum features a decorative antique gold-finished center disk to complement the dial. The weight shells are finished in a matching antique brushed brass. The multi-tiered base features canted corners, detailed moldings, and a book matched olive ash burl inset panel in the front. Front and side glass is beveled for an enhanced appearance. The upper side panels are removable, allowing easy access.

The Howard Miller Trieste Grandfather Clock features a classic cable driven clock movement, a German made Kieninger movement that will keep time faithfully. This triple chime movement plays the following charming clock chimes Westminster, St Michaels and Whittington (click here to listen). This Kieninger made clock movement also includes an automatic nighttime chime shut-off option for added convenience. Adjustable levelers under all corners level the clock on uneven surfaces or carpet
