Finished in Cherry Bordeaux on select hardwoods and veneers, the Howard Miller Edinburg Grandfather Clock was specially developed to celebrate the clock makers 82nd anniversary. This gracious floor clock features a distinct swan neck pediment with book-matched olive ash burl overlays and three turned urn finials. A brushed satin brass finished clock dial features a cast center and corner ornaments, and a moon arch with an astrological blue moon phase. The Edinburg Grandfather Clock includes a silver chapter ring with applied brass Arabic numerals. The grandfather clock’s pendulum, features a cast center disk and banded weight shells with a brushed satin brass finish to complement the dial. This clock’s illuminated dial creates a spectacular lighting effect and make viewing in a darkened room easy.

The Edinburg Grandfather Clock features two large reeded columns with turned column caps that frame the door. The multi-tiered Bombe base includes molding below the door and a decorative cutout. The clock’s lower door features a decorative Gadroon molding with a patterned beveled glass and glass mirrored back. The clock features removable top side panels featuring beveled glass and offer easy access to the movement.

The Howard Miller Edinburg Grandfather Clock features a classic cable driven clock movement, a German made Kieninger movement that will keep time faithfully. This triple chime movement plays the following charming chimes; London’s Big Bens charming Westminster chime, Shubert’s Ave Maria and Bim Bam chimes(click here to listen). This Kieninger made clock movement also includes an automatic nighttime chime shut-off option for added convenience. Adjustable levelers under all corners level the clock on uneven surfaces or carpet.
