A blend of classic elegance and lasting function, the
Howard Miller Brittany Grandfather Clock is sure to attract the admiration
of your guests. The Brittany Grandfather Clock boasts a flat-top pediment
with intricately carved acanthus leaf detail and Black Satin finish with
gold highlights. A brushed-satin brass bezel surrounds a soft cream clock
dial with black Roman numerals and an antique-gold-finished, decorative
center disc. The brushed-satin brass lyre grandfather clock pendulum
features a matching antique-gold-finished, decorative center disc which
complements the dial. The illuminated clock dial is mounted onto a hinged
panel, allowing easy access to the movement. The door features beveled glass
as well as paneled and fluted column overlays with acanthus leaf ornament
carvings. The multi-tiered base features a carved base molding and
complementing paneled and fluted column overlays with acanthus leaf ornament
carvings, while the sculpted ogee base features a decorative cut-out.
The Howard Miller Brittany Grandfather Clock features a
convenient quartz grandfather clock movement, which will keep time
faithfully, is easy to use and maintain and plays the London’s Big Ben clock
Westminster chime or Shubert’s Ave Maria chime
(click here to listen). The Brittany Grandfather Clock’s quartz movement
includes an automatic night time silence option for added convenience and
volume control. The clock’s door locks for added security, and adjustable
floor levelers are located under all four corners to ensure the clock
remains level on uneven surfaces or carpet.
