The Grandfather Clocks Company – Delivery Times   DELIVERY TIMES   The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the total delivery time is broken down into Pre-Ship Processing Time and Shipping Time.       PROCESSING TIMES   Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when your Grandfather Clock leaves the warehouse. Remember some Grandfather Clocks are imported from overseas or a custom made when your order is placed.   Pre-Ship Processing Times vary by clock maker; Howard Miller Clocks – pre-ship processing time up to 14 days        Ridgeway Clocks – pre-ship processing time up to 2 days        Hermle Clocks – pre-ship processing time up to 3 days        Kieninger Clocks – pre-ship processing time up to 40 days Of course if your grandfather clock is able to be shipped out earlier it will be. Remember in addition to the pre-ship processing time you must also add the number of in transit days necessary for to ship your clock to your home or office (see below).   SHIPPING TIMES   Shipping time is measured from when your Grandfather Clock order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office. Most Grandfather Clocks are shipped via freight, although some smaller clocks may be shipped via UPS or Fedex.   You should allow 3-10 days to ship your Grandfather Clock to your home or office.   Remember in addition to the shipping time you must also add the number of days necessary for pre-ship processing of your clock order (see above).
