The Grandfather Clocks Company - Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be
completely satisfied with your Grandfather Clock. If you need to return your
Grandfather Clock, you may return your purchase for a refund in accordance with
the following requirements;
Grandfather Clocks may be returned within 30 days of shipment.
Grandfather Clocks must be returned in new, unused and resalable
condition, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense and must
be arranged by the customer.
If you return a Grandfather Clock product that received free
shipping, free delivery, free handling or free set-up, then our actual outbound
shipping, delivery, handling and set-up costs will be deducted from your refund.
Returned Grandfather Clocks will be inspected prior to issuing
credit.
You must obtain an RMA number (see below).
Please Note; Any Grandfather Clocks sold on clearance cannot
be returned, all clearance sales are final. Any order noted as a special order
or any Grandfather Clock that is customized or personalized cannot be returned
due to their uniqueness.
TO INSURE A PROMPT REFUND – FOLLOW ALL STEPS BELOW:
1. Obtain An RMA Number - Please call 860-642-7790 and speak
to a customer service representative to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on correspondence
with the return such as the original packing slip. If you cannot locate your
packing slip, please include a note with the billing name and address and the
RMA number
2. Pack Your Return - Wrap your item carefully in its original
packaging and box, enclose correspondence, which references the RMA number (as
indicated above), with your return.
3. Ship Your Return – Ship your return using the shipping
carrier of your choice. Please note, return shipping is at the customer’s
expense. We recommend that you insure your return, as we cannot be responsible
for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.

4. Receive Your Refund - If you paid for your order by credit
card, a credit will be issued within 15 business days of the receipt of your
return and will appear on your billing statement as Yankee Retail. If you paid
by check, a refund check will be mailed to you.
