Please note this service does not include assembly, removal of packaging or the movement of existing furniture.   Free Premium White Glove Delivery   All Grandfather Clock orders over $1,399 are eligible for Free Premium White Glove Delivery. With this service the service agent will carefully deliver your grandfather clock to the room of your choice, with a maximum of two (2) flights of stairs. In addition the delivery carrier will professionally unpack your grandfather clock, remove all packaging and carefully position your grandfather clock in the location of your choice. Please note this service does not include assembly or the movement of existing furniture.   Free Grandfather Clock Set Up DVD   Setting up your grandfather clock is easy!  Normally, it will take you around 10 to 15 minutes to setup your grandfather clock.  All grandfather clock orders include an instructional setup DVD.  If you have not received a setup DVD, please click this link   to view the grandfather clock setup video from the manufacturer.                                                                                    Premium In-Home Clock Set Up Setting up your grandfather clock is easy!  Normally, it will take you approximately 10 to 15 minutes to setup your grandfather clock and a setup DVD is included with your purchase for most grandfather clock purchases. All Grandfather Clock orders over $1,399 are eligible for Free Premium In-Home Clock Set Up. With this service we can arrange for a local grandfather clock specialist to set up your grandfather clock for you. This custom set-up will involve an appointment that will be scheduled 5 to 10 business days after your grandfather clock is delivered.  If you would like to request in home set-up, after your grandfather clock has been delivered, please contact our Customer Service Department at 860-642-7790 to speak directly to a representative.   IMPORTANT NOTE It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully inspect the item upon arrival, before signing the Bill of Lading (Delivery Form) and before the freight carrier leaves.  Shipping damage happens very rarely. However, should any visible damage be observed please make detailed notes on the Bill of Lading and contact customer service. Please DO NOT discard the original packaging. Do not refuse the shipment unless the clock is damaged.  Or you will be charged for a refused shipment fee 20% of invoice total plus all shipping charges.
